The Plants Continue to Grow!

Our first fruit has developed. The Sungold has produced a few flowers, and one little tomato is growing. The Stupice has also grown quite a bit. They no longer need their "Wall o Water." We can't wait to harvest and to taste the sweet tomato candy! About two weeks go, we also ate our first batch of arugula. It was delightfully peppery. Soon our escarole will be ready.

In other great news, Nathan just passed his general exam. We expect the final defense to be next spring.
