Yesterday, Nathan and I went to The Herbfarm Restaurant in Woodinville with two friends. It's a restaurant that serves and nine course meal with five wine pairings. The menu has a different theme just about every month. Our theme was truffles (which we all love!). Before the seating (they have only one each evening), they take you on a tour of their herb garden and introduce you to their pigs, Basil and Borage. Anytime during the evening, you may request to feed the pigs (they supply you with a piggy feeding kit!). It was a fantastic experience, and I recommend it to anyone willing to put up the cash.
